PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information record reproduction device that can reproduce in high speed without need to sequentially retrieve and change a wavelength of a reproduction light source.SOLUTION: An optical information record reproduction device recording information in an optical information recording medium and reproducing the information from the optical information recording medium comprises: a laser light source that generates signal light and reference light; a temperature measurement unit that measures a temperature of at least two or more parts; a wavelength adjustment unit that adjusts a wavelength of the laser light source in accordance with a measurement result measured by the temperature measurement unit; a temperature distribution computation unit that computes a temperature distribution from the measurement result the temperature measurement unit; and a control unit that controls a recording operation and a reproduction operation.
