PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for rescuing a vehicle occupant capable of reducing deterioration of the vehicle occupant's health state.SOLUTION: Provided is a support system for rescuing a vehicle occupant which comprises: a biological information sensor 2 for acquiring biological information as a health indicator of an occupant of a vehicle 30; environment control devices 8, 9, and 17 for controlling indoor environment of the vehicle 30; an estimation unit 11 for estimating whether the occupant is sick on the basis of the biological information acquired by the biological information sensor 2; a transmitting/receiving unit 14 for transmitting the biological information to a medical institution 50 when the occupant is estimated to be sick by the estimation unit 11 before receiving a remote operation command from the medical institution 50; and an external control unit 15 for controlling the running states of the environment control devices 8, 9, and 17 on the basis of the remote operation command received by the transmitting/receiving unit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
