PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic device capable of improving device characteristics.SOLUTION: An electrostatic device relating to one embodiment of the present technology comprises a conductive base material, a first conductor layer, a second conductor layer, and a boding layer. The first conductor layer includes a first electrode part and a first base part, and is connected to a signal line. The first base part supports the first electrode part, and is arranged on the base material. The second conductor layer includes a second electrode part and a second base part, and is connected to a reference potential. The second electrode part faces the first electrode part and a first axial direction, and is configured so that it can relatively move to the first electrode part in the first axial direction. The second base part supports the second electrode part, and is arranged on the base material. The bonding layer is arranged between the base material and the first and second base parts, and includes a plurality of first bonding parts partly supporting at least the first base part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
