PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a problem caused by light emission for a relatively long time when capturing a dynamic image.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 includes: an imaging form discrimination part 6a for discriminating whether a dynamic image is being captured or a stationary image is being captured by an imaging part 3; a face detection discrimination part 6b for discriminating whether a face of a person is detected within an angle of view of imaging when the dynamic image is captured by the imaging part; and a first control part 6c by which, in the case where it is discriminated that the dynamic image is being captured and it is discriminated that the face of the person is detected within the angle of view of imaging, a light-emitting part 5 is caused to continuously emit light with a relatively reduced light emission intensity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
