PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which a recombinant protein can be produced simply and efficiently without inactivating.SOLUTION: The invention provides a production method for a recombinant protein comprising: (a) culturing a transformant comprising an expression vector comprising a gene encoding a fusion protein obtained by adding a peptide having a controllable association ability to both or either one of the N-terminal and C-terminal of a soluble protein; (b) recovering the transformant, crushing cells in an aqueous solution under the conditions that a strong association ability among peptide regions is exhibited, and recovering precipitation fractions comprising the fusion protein; and (c) suspending the precipitation fractions into the aqueous solution where the association ability among the peptide regions is lost or weakened, extracting the fusion protein, and recovering the fusion protein in the soluble fractions.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
