PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and liquid jet recording device capable of preventing deterioration in overall length accuracy of a nozzle plate in processing of a nozzle hole or in a process of joining to a head chip, and also capable of surely securing the insulation properties of an electrode, and to provide a method for production of the liquid jet head.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head comprises: a resin-made nozzle plate 35 having plural nozzle holes 33a, 34a from which a liquid is ejected; head chips 31, 32 having plural channels 43; a spacer plate 102 which is provided on the surface of the head chips 31, 32 side of the nozzle plate 35 and has a linear expansion coefficient lower than that of the nozzle plate 35; and an insulation plate 101 insulating between the head chips 31, 32 and the spacer plate 102. The spacer holes 102a communicating with the nozzle holes 33a, 34a are formed to the spacer plate 102, and the communication holes 101a communicating with the spacer holes 102a and plural channels 43, respectively are formed to the insulation plate 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
