PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit in which a first unit and a second unit can be easily connected and fixed in a building site.SOLUTION: A building unit 1 for constituting a part of a building of two or more-story is provided that comprises: a first unit 11 preassembled in a place other than a building site and constituting one story among a plurality of stories; a second unit 12 preassembled in a place other than the building site and constituting an upper story of the first unit 11 among the plurality of stories; a connection member (a bolt) temporarily fixed to one of the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 before connecting the first unit 11 and the second unit 12; and a fixing member (a metal fitting) fixed to each of the first unit 11 and second unit 12, and when connecting the first unit 11 and the second unit 12, the connection members are fixed to the respective fixing members of the first unit 11 and the second unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
