PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced substrate surface modification method in which the surface of reinforced substrate is modified by efficiently irradiating plasma to reinforced substrate while reducing the damage to the reinforced substrate.SOLUTION: The surface of a reinforced substrate is modified by irradiating a plasma P to the surface 211 of a reinforced substrate 210 constituting a composite material by impregnating a resin, from a direction inclined with respect to an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
