摘要 The invention relates to a half bridge for operating a load comprising a switching device having a high-side semiconductor switch (T1) and a low-side semiconductor switch (T2) which are serially connected to one another via one of the respective current connections thereof. A control port is associated with each semiconductor switch via its control connection, which according to a control signal switches the respective semiconductor switch to be conductive or to be inhibiting. The load can be connected between the high-side semiconductor switch and the low-side semiconductor switch and to a load relief device (L1, C1) which is connected to the switching device in order to collect current in a switching operation in the switching device. The invention further relates to a circuit arrangement having at least one half bridge.
