The present invention relates to an anhydrosugar alcohol continuous reaction and distillation apparatus which prepares an anhydrosugar alcohol and simultaneously evaporates the anhydrosugar alcohol by heating the wall of a reactor while supplying a mixture of a catalyst and a sugar alcohol along the wall of the reactor, and then collects the anhydrosugar alcohol in a condenser provided at the center of the reactor. The amount of energy to be consumed for maintaining pressure reduction is small since a reaction and a distillation are simultaneously carried out in one reactor, and continuous operation is enabled, and thus the present invention is useful for the economical production of an anhydrosugar alcohol.
