A semiconductor laser oscillator is provided with: a plurality of sets of laser diodes in which a plurality of laser diodes constitute one set; and a plurality of sets of optical fibers (11f11 to 11fn1, 11f12 to 11fn2) that transmit laser light emitted from the laser diodes. Each of the plurality of sets of optical fibers (11f11 to 11fn1, 11f12 to 11fn2) is arranged in a first direction, and the plurality of sets is arranged in a second direction that intersects the first direction and the travel direction of laser light. The semiconductor laser oscillator is additionally provided with: collimators (1112, 1115) that convert each of the laser lights emitted from the optical fibers (11f11 to 11fn1, 11f12 to 11fn2) into parallel light; external resonator mirrors that cause laser light emitted from the laser diodes to resonate; and grating (1103) that is arranged between the external resonator mirrors and that performs spectral beam combining of laser light emitted from the collimators (1112, 1115). The collimators (1112, 1115) cause each of the laser lights emitted from the plurality of sets of optical fibers (11f11 to 11fn1, 11f12 to 11fn2) to enter the grating (1103) at angles that differ from each other. |
