The present invention relates to a portable terminal-mounting bracket for mounting a portable terminal such as a smartphone or a tablet computer on a vehicle or a table, the portable terminal-mounting bracket comprising: a base for providing a support force; a holder which is connected to the base so as to be folded or stands up, and cradles the portable terminal such that the direction of the portable terminal can be adjusted while holding the portable terminal in a standing-up state; a connector which is foldably connected to the base on one side thereof and is rotatably connected to the holder on the other side thereof so as to be folded and received together with the holder or allow a direction change of the holder while standing up together with the holder; and a locker for locking the connector to the base in a folded state. |
