This biological information processing device comprises an image input unit for inputting image data, a selection unit, an estimation unit, a detection unit, and an output unit. The selection unit selects image ranges for subjects from the input image data. On the basis of the image data of each selected image range for a subject, the estimation unit estimates the pulse rate of the subject that corresponds to that image range. The detection unit detects a subject with a potential abnormality or a subject who requires special attention according to relative comparison of the estimated pulse rates of the subjects. The output unit outputs information relating to the detected subject with a potential abnormality or subject who requires special attention.
