The purpose of the present invention is to increase, by means of a simple configuration, the series voltage applied to an active filter. The active filter is connected between a set of alternating-current input lines (W) and a pair of direct-current buses (LH, LL) in parallel with a rectification circuit (2). The active filter is provided with a capacitor (C2), diodes (D1, D2), and an inverter (5). Diode (D1) is disposed between one end of the capacitor (C2) and direct-current bus (LH). Diode (D2) is disposed between the other end of the capacitor (C2) and direct-current bus (LL). The diodes (D1, D2) are disposed in the forward direction with respect to a direct-current voltage (Vdc) output by the rectification circuit (2). The inverter (5) is provided with a set of alternating-current-side terminals (51, 52, 53) that are connected to the alternating-current input lines (W) and a pair of direct-current-side terminals (54, 55) that are connected to both ends of the capacitor (C2). |
