The invention relates to a method for producing a multifunctional injection-moulded part (7) which comprises a circuit carrier (1, 3) and an integrated plug connector (9). The invention also relates to an insert-moulded (6) circuit carrier (1, 3) comprising an integrated plug connector (9). Said circuit carrier (1, 3) comprises a circuit carrier film (1) that has conductor tracks (3) and a tongue section (5). In the claimed method, after the circuit carrier (1, 3) has been formed or, if applicable, 3D formed, said circuit carrier (1, 3) is insert-moulded along with the tongue section (5) as one piece in at least one circuit carrier (1, 3) surrounding region (8) that comprises said tongue section (5), using an injection moulding material (6). This produces single-piece, multifunctional injection-moulded parts (7) without any reworking which comprise an integrated film circuit carrier (1, 3) and a fully functioning plug connector, and can additionally be fully or partially free-formed in a 2D or 3D manner. Additional functionalities such as sensors and/or visual display functions may also be contained. |
