[Also in Group I] A hand-propelled vehicle frame A mounted on a pair of wheels or sledge runners and supported when stationary on struts carries an L- sectioned apparatus for separating water from liquid fuel, e.g. petrol (see Group I) and a motor M directly flanged to a pump P drawing waterfree petrol from the separator outlet 3 and delivering through an air separator L, a filter F and through an outlet G thereof to a hose S<SP>1</SP> leading to the point of use. Hoses S, S<SP>1</SP> connected to the separator outlet 2 and the said filter outlet G are wound round a member H of the frame A when not in use. In a modification the separator is of cylindrical form.</p> |
