To provide an absorbent pad and an absorbent article capable of being easily replaced from the back side of a wearer, an absorbent article with an absorbent pad attached thereto is configured that engagement members 93 are arranged at both corners of a ventral-side portion and a back-side portion on an outer sheet 32 of the absorbent pad 200; a waist band 100 including a belt-shaped body 50 with hook materials 56 and engagement portions attached to both end portions thereof, first and second ventral-side engagement portions 70, 72 across which the engagement members 93 at the ventral-side portion of the absorbent pad 200 are engaged, and first and second back-side engagement portions 71, 73 across which the engagement members 93 at the back-side portion of the absorbent pad are engaged; and hook materials 84 capable of engaging with the engagement members 93 of the absorbent pad 200 are attached to internal surfaces of the first and second ventral-side engagement portions 70, 72 and the first and second back-side engagement portions 71, 73. |
