The present invention relates to a camera-integrated selfie stick capable of minimizing shaking when taking a picture by reducing torque applied to a grip. The camera-integrated selfie stick comprises: a grip (10) held by a user′s hand; a multi-stage extension pole (20) being capable of extending and retracting by protruding forward from the grip; a support bracket (30) installed at the end of the multi-stage extension pole (20); a camera unit (40) supported by the support bracket (30) and capturing a surrounding image; a transfer cable (50) extended from the grip (10) and transferring an image signal captured by the camera unit (40); and a mounting unit (60) installed in the grip (10) and mounting a smartphone (S) connected to the transfer cable (50).
