The present invention relates to an oral composition containing a fermented Lycii fructus extract as an active component, wherein the fermented Lycii fructus extract is contained by 0.0001-30.0 wt% based on the total weight of the oral composition, as an active component. According to the present invention, the oral composition controls growth of oral microorganisms, controls acid generation, prevents dental caries, removes halitosis, mitigates oral diseases, and whitens teeth, by containing the fermented Lycii fructus extract.
