FIELD: biochemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Invention further relates to a kit for testing nucleic acids on a support having an array of nucleic acids immobilised on a solid support, wherein each of immobilised nucleic acids includes a portion of nucleotides of one base-type, and a labelled oligonucleotide which is complementary to said portion of nucleotides.
