PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manganese dioxide which can cure a liquid polysulfide polymer and, when made into a pasty curing agent dispersed in a plasticizer, can suppress curability decrease of the curing agent after heating promoted curing, and to provide a curable composition thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is manganese dioxide used as a curing agent of a liquid polysulfide polymer, wherein the manganese dioxide is coated on the surface with an organic compound which is liquid at room temperature, the organic compound having at least two hydroxyl groups within a molecule and a boiling point of 190°C or higher. |
