The present invention relates to a tarp for a vehicle, which is installed close to a vehicle to form shade, more specifically, which comprises: a tarp tent to form shade; an instrument installed in an upper portion of the vehicle; and a plurality of vertical poles coupled to an edge of the tarp tent.
