FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly to devices for lubrication of rail head side working surfaces at curved track sections including railway and tram tracks. Manual lubricator consists of tanks with oil feed systems, mounted on manually moved roller carriage, formed by frame with fixed by means of axes with bearing supports four rollers installed in pairs and aligned on two rails of track driving handle for moving car, connected with bogie frame hinge and equipped with levers with ropes. Two coaxial rollers and lubricating wheel are equipped with pulleys for torque transfer from coaxial rollers by means of V-belt drive lubricating wheels. Each of lubricating wheels is fixed by means of bearing assembly on one of walls of appropriate tank and consists of coaxial clamped between flanges with flexible non-metallic element for transfer of liquid lubricant from corresponding tank in contact with inner surface of lubricating pulley mounted inside appropriate tank by means of bearing assembly on working side face head of lubricated rail.EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of manual rail lubricator.1 cl, 2 dwg |
