FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to composites used in aircraft construction and architecture. It includes two outer plies and mid ply. The number of organic ingredients in the mid ply is decreased to make the combustion heat adequate for incombustibility at sufficient resilience of said composite panel. Magnesium hydroxide is embedded in the mid ply to allow the extremely good retention of flame propagation.
