FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and genetic engineering. Proposed are the mice with reduced or absent activity ADAM6 provided by the endogenous locus ADAM6, or with lack of the endogenous loci encoding the mouse protein ADAM6, the feature of these mice is that they have the sequence encoding ADAM6, or its ortholog, or homologue, or the fragment functional for male mice. According to one version of implementation the said sequence represents ectopic sequence ADAM6 or the sequence making male mice being able to procreate offsprings by mating. Also provided are the mice and the cells with genetically modified loci immunoglobulin heavy chain containing ectopic sequence of nucleotides coding the mouse ADAM6 or its functional fragment, homologue or ortholog.EFFECT: proposed invention may be used in immunology.23 cl, 41 dwg, 13 tbl, 11 ex |
