<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate inexpensive and highly stable rotational energy by using a spindle. <P>SOLUTION: Rotational motion is accelerated by next motions from the stopped state of the device. 1. Main disk rotation is stopped by hand, and when the hand is released in the stopped state, then, the device continues the rotational motion in a following order. 2. In a state where a pendant stick and a stick to be topped are separate, a pendant gear rotates clockwise to drop, and an upper gear is lifted to increase a gravity center of a rotor. Before the pendant gear stops rotating, the pendant stick is placed on the stick to be topped to be integrated. 3. The rotator gravity center of the integrated pendant integrated stick to be topped and the pendant sticks drops and moves, and consequently entire main disk rotates anticlockwise to lift the pendant gear. Before the entire main disk stops rotating, the stick to be topped is separated from the pendant stick. 4. Thus, the stick to be topped and the pendant stick alternately move up and down like a seesaw between an integration device and a separation device, the pendant stick continuously rotate clockwise while the upper gear and the main disk continuously rotate anticlockwise. 5.
