<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating chocolates having excellent glaze for coating, covering or making unbaked cake by an inexpensive and simple method and operation, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The unconventional excellent glaze is achieved by blending one or more kinds of fibers selected from a group comprising cacao fiber and pulp fiber, and PGPR (polyglycerol polyricinoleate) at specific rates.
