The present invention relates to a device for supporting a bridge and a construction method and, more specifically, to a device for supporting a bridge and a construction method, which form through holes at reinforcing members symmetrically installed within a pad member of a pad part installed between an upper and a lower plate constructed for vibration resistance and isolation and form pad columns, integrated with the pad members, in the through holes, thereby preventing the reinforcing members from being separated from the pad members by contraction, expansion, and vibration of the bridge and preventing rotational eccentricity. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: the lower plate mounted on the upper part of the bridge; the upper plate mounted on the lower part of a slab; and the pad part installed between the upper plate and the lower plate. |
