The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing tenofovir and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition containing tenofovir, prepared by granulating a tenofovir component with a proper binder through a fluidized bed granule in a wet granule process, and to a manufacturing method thereof. As a result, the composition according to the present invention can easily manufacture a product having the improved quality simultaneously overcoming a problem of low tableting properties or an instability problem caused by sticking, when a medicine containing tenofovir is manufactured. |
