The purpose of the present invention is to provide a real-time monitoring device using a smartphone that allows public employees who conduct their official duties with smartphones to record surrounding environments in real time on duty. In order to achieve the purpose, the real-time monitoring device of the present invention includes: a garment with a badge-attached front surface; a badge camera included in the badge, capturing a surrounding image, and transmitting the captured image by short-distance wireless communication; a relay device receiving and transmitting a signal of the badge camera; a smartphone receiving a short-distance wireless communication signal sent from the relay device and transmitting the short-distance wireless communication signal via a wireless network for public communication; and a management server receiving a signal transmitted from the smartphone and storing the signal based on GPS information and a phone number of the smartphone. |
