A hybrid card having a wood sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The present invention relates to a hybrid card having a wood sheet in which a wood sheet is applied to an intermediate layer and an edge portion is coated to improve humidity resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the hybrid card according to the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a wood sheet with a base material; adhering overlays to the upper and lower portions by using an adhesive agent to manufacture a card body sheet; cutting the card body sheet into a card size by an NC machine tool; cutting the ends of the card body such that a cross section is inclined; and applying an adhesive agent to the upper and lower surface of the card body to adhere a transfer layer having a wood-pattern groove. |
