FIELD: measurement technology.SUBSTANCE: invention consists in that is followed by sampling and preparation, sample is taken of lecithin mass (10 ± 0.02) g, preparation of sample is performed by temperature control at temperature of 60 °C for 1 h, after which lecithin sample is placed in pulse sensor of NMR analyser and spin-spin relaxation time is measured first components of lecithin (T) in milliseconds, lecithin is referred to rapeseed if time of spin-spin relaxation of first components of lecithin (T) ranges from 158 to 168 ms.EFFECT: time of identification reduction, avoiding complex preparing sample and avoiding use of organic solvents and toxic chemicals.1 cl, 1 tbl |
