<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an H-shaped steel sheet pile having projections at a flange tip end and fitted using the flange tip end with a reduced risk of a fitting part being disengaged, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A first projection 3 projecting in the thickness direction of the flange from an external face of a flange part 1f of an H-shaped steel raw material 1 and a second projection 5 projecting in the flange width direction from a tip end of the flange part 1f are formed using a rough universal mill and an edger mill at a tip end of a flange tip end part of the H-shaped steel raw material 1. Next, after the H-shaped steel raw material 1 is finish-rolled by a finishing universal mill, by a guide roll for guiding the tip end of the flange part of the H-shaped steel raw material 1, the projecting direction of the second projection 5 is changed from the flange width direction to a projecting direction in the thickness direction of the flange part from an inner face of the flange part 1f, and the H-shaped steel sheet pile is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
