PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device with a heater which has a simple structure, and improves the mobility of a tongue plate in addition to appearance and installation feeling.SOLUTION: A heater belt is equipped with a webbing 112, a heater attached to the webbing 112, and a tongue plate 106 installed on the webbing 112. The webbing 112 is divided into a shoulder belt laid from a shoulder to a waist of an occupant, and a waist belt laid over both sides of the waist to restrain the occupant. The heater is shaped in a sheet and a planar heater attached along the waist belt. The heater belt is equipped with a tube cover 126 which is shaped in a long and soft tube, has opening portions 128a and 128b at both ends in a longitudinal direction, surrounds a predetermined part of the waist belt together with the planar heater, and is joined to the waist belts at the opening portions 128a and 128b. |
