PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate milling device capable of suppressing deterioration of appearance of a coated article formed by adhering a decorative material on an end surface of the substrate.SOLUTION: A substrate milling device 70 for cutting an end surface 8a of a substrate 8 to which a decorative material 9 is adhered comprises: a press member 71 for pressing a surface edge part of a protection film 11 which is stuck to the surface of the substrate transported to a predetermined transport direction P; and a milling cutter 72 for cutting the end surface of the substrate in a state that the surface edge part of the protection film is pressed by the press member. |
