<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a train stop due to mismatch in capturing a speed pulse signal and reduction of an operation rate in a fail safe device. <P>SOLUTION: The fail safe device includes: a receiving part for capturing a speed pulse signal as external data; a data exchanging part for exchanging data by each system; and an operation part for allowing each system to write data to a pulse data exchanging part in the receiving part, or for reading data. Each system stores data written by the own system and data written by other system, compares data written into the data exchanging part by the system with a result read from the data exchanging part by the own system to check first integrity, and compares data written into the data exchanging part by the other system with a result read from the data exchanging part by the own system to check second integrity, and checking of the first integrity and checking of the second integrity are performed for each system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
