Disclosed is an air heating type cooking pan which comprises a machine body, a cover body and a pan body; the machine body is provided with a heating chamber and a hot air generating device which blows hot air into the heating chamber; one side of the heating chamber is opened; the pan body is placed in the heating chamber from the opened side of the heating chamber; the cover body covers the outer side the opening of the heating chamber; characterized in that, a turntable motor and at least three support roller wheels are also comprised; the turntable motor is disposed in the machine body; a motor shaft of the turntable motor drives the pan body to rotate via a driving member; the support roller wheels are circumferentially distributed and located between the bottom of the pan body and the bottom of the heating chamber. When the air heating type cooking pan is in the heating process, the pan body is rotary relative to the hot air outlet, so each part of the pan body has the opportunity to be directly blown by the hot air from the hot air outlet, thus achieving the purpose of uniform heating; between the bottom of the pan body and the heating chamber are disposed support roller wheels, so the pan body more smoothly rotates. |
