A shipping bag or security bag made from plastic has an interior (14), which is accessible through an access opening (13), and a closing strip (21), which is provided with an adhesive layer (16) on at least one side. The closing strip is attached to the access opening by means of the adhesive layer in such a way that the access opening is closed. A first thermal indicator (17) is provided, which exhibits a colour change when the ambient temperature rises to a value above a first limit value. In addition, a second thermal indicator (18) is provided, which exhibits a colour change when the ambient temperature falls to a value below a second limit value. The colour change of the second thermal indicator is reversible, and the second thermal indicator returns to the original colour thereof when the ambient temperature rises to a value above a third limit value, wherein the third limit value is greater than or equal to the first limit value. |
