The present specification relates to a central control apparatus, a central control system, and a central control method. More particularly, at least one diagnosis reference is calculated based on the past usage of at least one facility. Accordingly, it is diagnosed whether the energy usage of at least one facility is abnormal. An abnormal diagnosis reference can be calculated according to the history and feature of the facility. The management of energy usage can be carried out based on the history of the facility instead of an arbitrary reference. The accuracy and reliability of abnormality diagnosis can be improved. |
