The present invention provides an electronic horn device, which generates an even sound by including a speaker therein instead of an existing vibration plate, and a horn sounding method for the same. The electronic horn device performed by the speaker comprises: an input module receiving the input of a horn generation signal from the outside; a control module generating a horn base sound to correspond to the horn generation signal received through the input unit and generating an output sound by mixing and amplifying one or more oscillation signals after generating the one or more oscillation signals which are integer times of the horn base sound; and a speaker module providing the output sound outputted from the control module to the outside.
