To achieve this, the present invention is applied to a system which comprises: a concentration measuring device (100); an ultrasonic transmission sensor (200) interworking with the concentration measuring device (100); and an ultrasonic receiving sensor (300). At this time, the concentration measuring device (100) comprises: a voltage changing part (10); a transforming part (20); a mixing part (30); and a control part (40). The concentration measuring device (100) further comprises: a digital/analog convertor (50); an analog/digital convertor (60); and an analog low pass filter (70). As such, the concentration is able to accurately be measured.
