FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of food fibres of beet pulp; food pipes are widely used in food and nonfood industry. Method for production of beet food fibres of beet pulp and the process line include: squeezing, preparation for drying, drying, fractionation, steaming and washing, bleaching and final washing with dehydration. Energy-saving method of secondary processing of sugar beet with final production of beet root food fibres ensures wasteless reproduction of sugar beet.EFFECT: method for production of food fibres of beet pulp and the process line for its implementation allows to reduce costs for heat carriers, improves quality of drying, produces quality beet root food fibres, as well as improves technical and economic efficiency of production of food fibres.2 cl, 2 dwg |
