FIELD: agriculture; machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines intended for soil tillage with simultaneous internal soil fertilization. Flat cutter-deep ripper-fertilizer includes frame with suspension systems and processing depth adjustment, working elements. Working elements are arranged in the form of A-hoe blades fixed on stands. Flat cutter-deep ripper-fertilizer having interconnected pipelines fertilizers supply with check valves, manifold, a dosing unit with tank is equipped with pump for fertilizers supply to the drive mechanism, a filter, support wheels for processing depth adjustment. Ploughshares legs are attached to the shoe, in upper part of the wideners are secured. Under the wideners are mounted sprayers of liquid fertilisers, the number of which is determined from equation n = S/(l-Δk), where S is the width of capture of the working element, l is width of spray, Δk is the width of coverage area. Width of spray spray angle equal to 2α, is equal to l = 2ltgα, where lis the length of working zone of spraying. Number of sprayers is equal tonorm of consumption of working solution through one sprayer:where Q-normal application of fertilisers, l/ha; B - width of the working element, m; V- speed unit, km/h.EFFECT: such design will allow to enhance the quality and uniformity of distribution of liquid fertilisers in the entire arable layer.1 cl, 3 dwg |
