FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to dermatology, cosmetology and may be used for bleaching skin in area of bruise. Size and shape of bruise is determined. Method comprises intradermal injection of solution of composition comprising 1.8 % sodium bicarbonate, 0.25 % sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate and 0.03 % hydrogen peroxide in a volume of 0.4 ml per injection, at a temperature of 37-42 °C. Puncture of skin with injection needle is carried out each time at a maximum distance from previous puncturing, providing a complete draining of newly created infiltrate injectable medication with previously formed infiltrate. Method includes forming in entire region of skin bruise continuous medical infiltrate overlooking colorless lemon peel. After that, with help of vibration massaging device, provided with working element with temperature of 37-42 °C, performing vibratory massage on skin area to infiltrate up to complete resorption of infiltration.EFFECT: method provides rapid elimination of bruises under conditions precluding development of hyperemia and post-injection necrosis.1 cl, 1 ex |
