FIELD: engines.SUBSTANCE: beam pumping unit includes a support stand, along which a lead screw and an electric drive are arranged. On the lead screw there is installed a nut providing for a possibility of longitudinal and rotational movement. In the upper part of the support stand there are mounted rolls providing for a possibility of rotation and embraced by flexible links-ropes. One end of every link is attached to a cross bar, while another end is attached to a corresponding counterweight. Counterweights are connected with the nut and can perform a coordinated reciprocal movement along the support stand; at that, the lead screw is located between the counterweights. Nut comprises a through hole perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the lead screw; inserted into the hole and providing for a possibility of a turn there are cylindrical inserts with rectangular grooves facing the lead screw. Reel rolls, providing for a possibility of rotation, are installed in the grooves of the cylindrical inserts. Parts of the rolls, reeled in the cross-section and protruding into the inner cavity of the nut match the shape of the strip thread - grooves, in which they are reeled, providing for reciprocating motion of the nut relative to the lead screw.EFFECT: improvement of operating reliability, lower working cost of the drive and cost-to-serve.1 cl, 3 dwg |
