The guide rails are vertically arranged in parallel. The carriage is provided slidably along the guide rails. The horizontal bar is horizontally supported with vertical play by the carriage. The tractive member pulls the horizontal bar vertically upward. The urging member urges the horizontal bar vertically downward. The abutting member abuts on the guide rails by rotating while interlocking with the vertically downward movement of the horizontal bar. |
