<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of biological materials on a cell membrane. <P>SOLUTION: In an evaluation method of biological materials, a same tissue section is stained with a fluorescent body (a) that stains cell membranes and a fluorescent body (b) at least a part of which is bonded to biological materials present on cell membranes and that has a peak of an emission wavelength different from the fluorescent body (a); positions of the cell membranes in the stained tissue section are identified by luminescence of the fluorescent body (a); and the number of bright spots by the fluorescent body (b) on the identified cell membranes is measured to evaluate an expression level of the biological materials on the cell membranes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
