<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize a width of a projection of a glaze layer over an extending direction. <P>SOLUTION: A glass paste is screen-printed on a ceramic blank 71 with a pattern including a projection 95 that projects from the surface and extends along the surface. This projection 95 has a broad width section 96 in the center and a narrow width section 97 at both ends. The glass paste adhering to the blank 71 is calcined to form the glaze layer. Then, a resistor layer and an electrode layer are formed on the surface of the glaze layer in a predetermined pattern, which are covered with a protective coating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
