PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact image-capturing device with which it is possible to form light from each of two image-capturing areas into an image separately in two areas on the image-capturing plane of one image-capturing unit and obtain a clear image using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An image-capturing device 100 has: a reflection optical element 1 as a total reflection mirror that reflects light from a second image-capturing area A2; and an object side telecentric optical system 30 for forming light from a first image-capturing area A1 into an image in a first area PA1 on the image-capturing plane of an image-capturing unit 21, and forming the light reflected by the reflection optical element 1 and coming from the second image-capturing area into an image in a second area PA2 on the image-capturing plane of the image-capturing unit 21. The reflection optical element 1 is configured so as to block a path leading from the first image-capturing area A1 to the second area PA2 on the image-capturing plane of the image-capturing unit 21, and to restrict the light from the first image-capturing area so that it is formed into an image in only the first area on the image-capturing plane of the image-capturing unit. |
