PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of thickness unevenness failure in a high-speed formation of a thin film having a thickness of 15 μm or more and 80 μm or less.SOLUTION: A dope 30 is flow-casted from a die 25 on a band 23 bridged over paired drums 21, 22 to form a bead 31 between the band 23. The bead 31 is flow-casted on the band 23 to become a flow-casting film 32. A wind barrier block 41 is provided to the die 25 at the upstream side in a band running direction and has an accompanying wind guide face 42 facing the band 23. An outlet of the accompanying wind guide face 42 is positioned at a side face of the die 25. By parting a part of an accompanying wind 43 generated by high-speed running of the band 23 to the die 25 side, it becomes possible to decrease by just that much, the accompanying wind 43 causing vibration or air entrainment to the bead 31 and thereby, a thickness unevenness of the flow-casting film 32 can be eliminated. |
